Redeeming your Gift Voucher
If you haven’t redeemed a Gift Voucher with me before, there are a few things I’d like to share that will help you get the most out of your treatment(s).
Once you have reviewed and accepted our terms and conditions, redeeming your gift voucher is a simple and seamless process. Please ensure you have your voucher details ready when booking or attending your appointment.

When time to redeem your voucher, please make your booking in advance.
Booking ahead of time will almost guarantee you will receive your treatment(s) when you require them.
The day before your appointment, you will receive an automated text reminder.
Please respond ‘YES” to this text, to confirm that you will be attending your appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
To ensure a relaxing and uninterrupted experience for every client, please take note of the following regarding your arrival:
Early Arrivals: Arriving too early can interrupt the treatment of the client before you.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you arrive earlier, I kindly ask that you text me to let me know you have arrived then wait in your car until I text you to come in.
Late Arrivals: Your promptness is greatly appreciated as late arrivals impact every appointment that follows.
Even a 5-minute delay makes it difficult to start the next client on time.
Running Late: If you are running behind, please send me a text with your anticipated arrival time, so I can notify the client that is following your appointment.
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled to maintain the schedule and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
I understand that unexpected situations may arise requiring you to cancel your appointment. However, to protect my schedule and allow other clients the opportunity to book, please take note of the following:
24-Hour Notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time and the appointment slot cannot be filled, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total will apply.
Same-Day Cancellations: Please be aware that any same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your gift voucher.

Depending on the service(s) you require you may be
required to complete a quick client questionnaire so I can tailor your treatment to your needs.
Please advise if you are pregnant or managing any health conditions like diabetes, epilepsy, or undergoing chemotherapy, please let me know when booking.
This allows me to take the necessary precautions to provide you with a safe and relaxing experience.
Unless otherwise stated, your gift voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue.
Please keep this voucher safe, as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Vouchers are redeemable for services only and cannot be exchanged for cash or products.
To redeem your gift, please quote your voucher number at the time you make your booking and present the physical voucher on the day of your appointment.
Following your treatment, I may provide personalised recommendations for you to follow at home. These steps are designed to extend the life of your service and ensure the best possible results.
I encourage all my clients to take an active role in their beauty journey by maintaining their nails, skin, lashes, and brows in healthy condition between professional appointments.
In addition to my current COVID Safe Plan, for extra client protection, every new nail client will receive a set of new, unused nail files which I will use during your nail service.
You will be given them to take hoe with you at the end of your appointment.
If you decide to have a nail service in the future, I ask that you bring back the file pack so I can use them at your next appointment.
If your Gift Voucher is for a pamper package or multiple beauty services which require an extended booking time, please book ahead of time to ensure I can accommodate the amount of time required to complete all treatments in the one booking.
In order to protect client privacy and to assist with social distancing, once you arrive:
Please text me to advise you have arrived
Then wait in your car until you receive a text from me asking you to come in
Once the client before you has left, I will clean all common surfaces and set up for your treatment, then I’ll ask you to come in via text message.
There is nothing more important to me than your enjoyment, comfort and safety when you have a treatment with me. That is why I aim to adhere to the highest industry standards.
In accordance with industry “best practices” I sanitise and disinfect all reusable tools.
Any file/implement that can’t be disinfected, are either given to the client after a single use or are disposed of at the end of the appointment.
I wash my hands before and after each client and where possible, I wear gloves during each service.
Freshly laundered towels and clean sanitised implements are used for every client.
I use professional quality, cosmetic-grade, safe products that have been approved by the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration).
I take steps to minimise your exposure to odours by using covered bins, storing products in cupboards when not in use and diffusing essential oils during each treatment.
I have cleaning/sanitising protocols in place that are conducted on every surface that is commonly touched during a treatment once a client leaves.
Sickness
If you are unwell please do not attend your appointment. Advance notice of non attendance is still expected and appreciated.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled fee, if I cannot fill your appointment..
When children are ill they require more attention and comfort. If your child/children are unwell on the day of your appointment please do not bring them with you.
