All Purpose Surface Cleaner
Combine 1/2 capful of Thieves Household Cleaner, 1/2 cup of Cleaning Vinegar, 1 Tblsp of Thieves Dish Soap, 1 cup of Water, 2 drop Lemon Essential Oil, 1 drop of Lime Essential Oil into a glass or metal spray bottle. Shake well before each use. Safe to use on: sinks, counter tops, walls, cupboard doors. Spray, wipe clean then dry with a soft cloth.
Bathroom Surface Cleaner
Into a glass spray bottle combine 180ml Distilled White Vinegar, 180ml Distilled Water, 10 drops Lemon Essential Oil, 12 drops Lavender Essential Oil Shake well before each use. Safe to use on: toilets, bath, sinks, counter tops, walls. Spray, wipe clean then dry with a soft cloth.
BBQ Cleaner
1/4 cup baking soda, 2 tablespoons of a natural dish detergent, 5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil, Distilled White Vinegar. Combine all ingredients together until its a thick oil like consistency. Brush onto metal grill and let sit for 20 minutes. Use damp scourer pad to scrub clean. Rinse and dry.
Blind Cleaner
In a glass or stainless steel bowl mix 1 capful Thieves Household Cleaner, 1 cup water, ½ cup white vinegar Use an old sock as a cleaning mitt. Dip the “mitt” into the cleaning solution; go over each slat until they’re all clean, then dry with clean dry microfibre cloth.
Linen Spray
Combine in a glass spray bottle. 120 ml of Witch Hazel, 9 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil, 8 drops of Orange Essential Oil, 9 drops of Ylang Ylang, 6 drops of Vetiver. Shake well before use. Prior to retiring, spray on your pillowcases, bed linen, and children's bedding to help drift off to dreamland.
Foaming Hand Soap
Combine 2 tablespoons Castile Soap with your choice of Essential oils (see below) into foaming hand pump dispenser and fill to within 1 inch of top with water Bathroom combination: 10 drops each of Lemon Myrtle and Orange Essential Oils Kitchen Combination: 5 drops each: Lavender, Rosemary and Lemon Essential Oils Children's Bathroom Combination: 5 drops each: Lemon Myrtle, Lavender and Cedarwood Essential Oils
Floor Cleaner
Combine 4 litres of water, add 1/4 cup of Olive oil, 1/4 cup of Thieves Household Cleaner, 4-6 drops Pine Essential Oil. Mop floors then leave to dry.
Fridge Deodoriser
In a glass mixing jug slowly add 1/4 cup of distilled water, 1/4 cup Castile Soap, then carefully add your 1/2 Tbl. V-6 or Sweet Almond Carrier Oil, 1/2 Tbl. Vitamin E Oil, followed by 20 drops of your favourite essential oil or essential oil blend. Replace lid and shake well. Fill your dispenser bottles. Purchase glass bottles with pump nozzles from Target or Spotlight.
Grout Cleaner
In a glass jar mix 1/2 cup of baking soda with 4 drops of essential oil (Thieves, Lemon or Orange). Mix to a mild paste apply to tiles with an old toothbrush or small plastic spatula. Pour 1/4 cup of vinegar into spray bottle and spray over the paste on the tiles. Allow it to fizz and set for 10-15 minutes then scrub tiles with an old toothbrush. Rinse clean with warm water and dry with soft microfiber cloth.
Hand Sanitiser
In a glass mixing jug slowly add 1/4 cup of distilled water, 1/4 cup Castile Soap, then carefully add your 1/2 Tbl. V-6 or Sweet Almond Carrier Oil, 1/2 Tbl. Microwave Cleaner
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1 tablespoon Thieves Household Cleaner, 2 cups water and 1 drop Purification Essential Oil Blend and microwave mixture for 2 minutes. Wipe down the interior of the microwave using a damp sponge then dry with microfibre cloth.
Mirror Cleaner
In a glass or metal spray bottle combine 3 cups of water, 5 drops Citrus Fresh Essential Oil Blend, 1 Tablespoon Cleaning Vinegar, 1 Capful of Thieves Household Cleaner. Directions spray onto glass and wipe away streaks with a soft microfibre cloth.
Oven Cleaner
Combine 3/4 cup baking soda, 15 drops: Orange & Pine Essential Oil, 10 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil, 3 – 5 tbsp water. Directions Use when oven is cool Combine in a small bowl, baking soda and essential oils. Stir in 3 tbsp of water. Stir until thoroughly a thick paste is formed. Add more water if necessary. Brush on to oven. Wait 5 mins. Wipe over with damp sponge.
Shower Cleaner
In a spray bottle, mix ½ capful Thieves Household Cleaner, ½ cup white vinegar, 1 tablespoon Thieves Dish Soap, 1 cup water, 1 drop each Lemon and Grapefruit essential oils. Spray liberally onto the shower screen and scrub with a sponge to remove buildup. Rinse well then dry with a soft microfibre cloth.
Shower hEAD Cleaner
In a plastic bag, mix 1 teaspoon Thieves Household Cleaner with ¾ cup white vinegar. Attach the full bag to shower head secure with rubber bands. Leave to soak for several hours. Scrub with a coarse brush if required to remove hard water stains. Rinse well. To avoid buildup repeat on a monthly basis.
Stove Top Cleaner
In a spray bottle, mix 1 Capful Thieves Household Cleaner, 1 drop Pine Essential Oil, 1 cup of water. Apply with a sponge to remove buildup, when grease is gone, wipe clean with a warm damp sponge then dry with a soft cloth.
Toilet Spray
Into a Glass Spray bottle combine 105 ml distilled water, 1 teaspoon vegetable glycerine, 10 drops Rosemary Essential Oil, 20 drops Lavender Essential Oil, 10 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil. Shake thoroughly before use.
Window Cleaner
Add 1 capful of Thieves Household Cleaner, 1 teaspoon of White Vinegar, 5 drops of Citrus Fresh, Essential Oil Blend or Lemon Essential Oil into a glass or metal spray bottle. Mix all ingredients together. Shake well before each use. Spray on window and wipe streaks with a soft microfibre cloth.
