Think of your face as a map, with different zones. The numbers represent the areas that are associated with different areas of your body that need more attention. With this ‘map’ as your guide, you can quickly address the underlying causes of blemishes and correctly determine how to prevent them for recurring.

Zones 1 & 3: Bladder & Digestive System

Breakouts in these areas can indicate poor diet, food intolerances, insufficient water and possible bladder infections. Improve your diet by avoiding processed foods, eating more “whole foods” and drink more water to aid elimiation. To help cleanse your body squeeze juice of a lemon into your morning glass of water.

Zone 2: Liver

Breakouts in this area is linked to the Liver. This area can also indicate a food allergy. Eating a lot of rich foods, eating late or a possible lactose intolerance could be possible causes for breakouts in this area. Try cutting back on alcohol, dairy and greasy foods.

Additionally, breakouts in this area also indicate when you are ovulating (and which side). Hello Aunt Flo! This is the main area that breakouts will pop up when your hormones are going crazy.

Zone 14: Illness

Breakouts in this area can be a sign of your body fighting bacteria to avoid illness. Take a break, relax, drink plenty of fluids and take a much need break.
