Covid-19 Pandemic

We are living during covid-19 pandemic so a little precautions will go along way to keeping us all safe.

I am continually striving to achieve quality services, at affordable prices for each and every one of you, whilst giving you my full attention and the quality time your treatments deserve.

In order to achieve this, I have set out some Terms and Conditions which are effective immediately.

Appointments

Text reminders are sent out the day before each appointment. A return confirmation text is required by no later than 6.00pm the same day the reminder is sent.

If I do not receive a confirmation text by 6.00pm, your booking will be given to someone on my cancellation list. I will no longer chase clients that haven’t responded to my text reminders. 

The Government guidelines suggest .

Early arrival interrupts the treatment time of the client before you. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive too early please wait in your car until your scheduled time.

Late arrival impacts the clients that follow you.  Even arriving 5 minutes late, will not allow me to start the next client on time. If you are running late, please let me know by text of your anticipated arrival time. If you are more than 10 minutes late your scheduled treatment will be cancelled. A 50% service fee will still apply.

Clients who are repeatedly late, 3 times in a row, will be removed from any future bookings and will receive notification of this via text message. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please text me as soon as possible, but no later than 6.00pm the day of the reminder. I will do my utmost to try to find a suitable alternative appointment. Please understand that you may need to go on a waiting list if my appointment book is full.

I understand that situations may arise, where you will need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 4 hours of the scheduled time, and I cannot fill the booking, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Due to my appointment schedule being full, I am currently turning away potential new clients to accommodate my regular clients.

Clients who repeatedly miss their appointments, will be removed from any future bookings and will receive notification via text message. ALL missed appointments will incur cancellation fees.

Additional Nail/Beauty Services

If you require additional services on the day of your scheduled appointment, e.g. nail repairs, nail art or an eyebrow wax, please advise me prior to the day of your appointment.  I will do my utmost to accommodate your requirements. In the event that I do not have enough time to accommodate your additional requirements your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date. 

Please understand that you may need to go on a waiting list if my appointment book is full. 

Gift Vouchers

If you have received a gift voucher, please present the voucher when redeeming your service(s). If you do not bring the original voucher with you on the day, you will be required to pay for the treatment in full.

If you need to purchase a Gift Voucher, please complete the Gift Voucher Request Form on my website. Once the voucher has been completed a mutually convenient time will be made for collection.

Sickness

If you are unwell please do not attend your appointment. Advance notice of non attendance is still expected and appreciated.

When children are ill they require more attention and comfort. If your child/children are unwell on the day of your appointment please do not bring them with you.

Payment

To maintain stock and material supplies, maintain equipment, insurances and all ongoing costs in the running of my business, I need to ensure efficient cash flow.

Payment for my services is expected and appreciated on the day.  

Please do not ask for credit as refusal will definately offend.

Cash (on the day)
Credit Card payments will incur a 1.9% processing fee
Direct Deposit (payment required in advance)
Eftpos payments will incur a 1.9% processing fee
PayPal payments will incur a 2.2% processing fee

Payment for services is expected and appreciated on the day.

ALL Christmas bookings for the last 2 weeks of the year, will now be required to be paid for by November 30th. This payment will secure your Christmas Booking and will ensure clients attend their Christmas appointments. 

This requirement has become necessary due to the amount of no shows and last minute cancellations I received during Christmas week 2021. 

Pricing

The performance and sustainability of my business depends on the quality of my services and materials used during each treatment. My scheduled pricing is competitive and not negotiable.  

If you feel you can get it cheaper elsewhere you are welcome to do so. In the event, that you go elsewhere and are unhappy with the results, a further fee will be charged on top of your treatment cost to cover the extra time and materials required to fix the problem.

Due to increase in supply costs and general overheads, there will be a small increase to most treatments effective 1st July 2022.  

This increase will be evident in the new price list which you can download from the Pricing page on my website from the 1st of July 2022.
